Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Use low or medium heat setting for most cooking. When searing meat, poultry and fish, you can use medium-high heat initially, but once pan is hot and food is added, you should lower heat.
- Oven safe to 500°F; glass lids are oven safe to 425°F.
Care
- Cool pan for a few minutes before cleaning. Do not plunge hot pan into cold water.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Use only recommended nonstick cleaning pads on nonstick surfaces. Do not use metal or abrasive pads or abrasive cleaning agents on any surfaces.

Scratches easily even when using silicon utensils

We recently purchased the Toughened Nonstick PRO 6-piece set. While making pancakes using a silicone spatula, the large 11-inch frying pan got a noticeable scratch. We are extremely disappointed. The other cookware has been fine so far, but the large frying pan seems to be not as tough as claimed. We called Le Creuset and they asked us to submit a warranty claim upon which we received the following: "After reviewing the pictures you submitted and the description you provided, your claim does not fall under our Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage. Our warranty only covers manufacturer defects and defects in workmanship. Since this is not going to affect the performance of the item, we are unable to replace the unit." Ultimately, still disappointed.

Very happy with my purchase!

I had been in need of new non stick cookware. Having bought and replaced less expensive options over the years I was ready for something that would last. I own several pieces of Le Creuset cast iron that I love so thought I would give this a try. I am beyond impressed. It has been a dream to cook with this. The pans heat evenly, no warping and are so easy to clean. Just a light wipe with a sponge and a little soap. No scrubbing and no need for the dishwasher. I look forward to adding more pieces to my collection!
