Copper Core 8qt Pot

This is the ideal size for a pot because you can do a lot of pasta if you’re cooking for a group or you can do a smaller amount if you’re cooking for just yourself.

Disappointed

Beautiful pot but I'm disappointed. It takes much longer than my Cuisinart 8qt pot to boil and it doesn't boil vigorously. I bought it for making stock but it doesn't boil strong enough for me to skim impurities. I should have stuck with matching my Demeyere Atlantis pots.

Great item

Had a choice to buy other induction capable cookware and glad I got Al-Clad copper core for large stock pot. Boils quickly and temp control is great. Price is high but you get what you pay for.

All-Clad Copper Core is a great pot!

Love everything about the all-clad copper core pans and pots. I previously purchased one from the outlet and it warped, blistered and bubbled. When I tried to get a warranty replacement I was told it wasn't covered. Don't know why not but decided to purchase from W-S as they are concerned with customer service and satisfaction.

Great Stock Pot

Love my copper core cookware. Purchased a large , 8 qt , stick pot that did not come with my set. Wonderful pot for large batches of chili or vegetable soup. It works beautifully with my induction range.

Toffee Maker

This stockpot is the best for making candy. I regularly make toffee and I can always count on an even cook because of the cooper lining. That doesn't mean I can walk away from the stove, but it does make the process easier. I actually have two now.
