Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Pan is oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Glass lid with silicone knob is oven safe to 400°F; do not use lid in broiler.
- Before each use, apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.
Care
- Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Dry thoroughly and apply small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm.
- Store pan in dry location.
- Glass lid is dishwasher safe.

Everday pan stays on my stovetop

This truly is an everyday pan. I love the convenience from the stove to the oven. The fact that it has a lid for slowly cooking a dish after searing. You can make an appetizer, then dinner in the same pan! This pan stays on my stovetop. Love it!

Love this item! Great for large batches of tacos or spaghetti sauce. I use it several times a week.

heirloom quality

great quality pan for stove top and oven, holds large volumes without spilling over whether it's sauteed veggies or tamale pie. Am going to purchase more for gifts. I have a brick wall in my country kitchen where I hang my grandmother's (120yr old) cast iron pans which I use daily. This hangs nicely making for easy storage and access.
