- For best results, use low to medium heat on cooktop.
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Freezer safe.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surface.
- Do not slide on stovetop.
- Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface.

- Allow to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents or abrasive cleansers.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.

Dissatisfied !

After waiting several months and paying quite a bit of money item arrived with damage to lid. Not wanting to go through all the trouble with the return process and another wait of several months I decided to just keep it and turn it constantly to hide the damage. Disappointed to say the least.

Splurged and was NOT rewarded.

This item came damaged, and stated ineligible for return which feels very strange for the price point and brand. No returns are NOT denoted on the product page. Support was able to approve an exchange via the phone. Hoping to update this to a 5 star once I get a non-damaged item. Damage on mine was two bits of cosmetic damage on the top, missing enamel coating on the inside making the item NOT FOOD SAFE!!!
