Finally, a great roasting pan and rack

I have always just put roasts on to of vegetables or something to lift them from the bottom of the pan. I finally broke down and purchased the all clad roaster and I’m hooked. I love the stainless steel pan because I get the brown bits (kitchen) gold and don’t have to worry about using any utensils. Then, I get the best of both worlds because the rack is nonstick and super easy to clean. It’s hefty, so the roast lifts out so easily. I am so glad I finally purchased this roasting pan. I use is all the time now

Excellent pan!

I would highly recommend this roasting pan! We purchased it during the holidays to make prime rib and it roasted it perfectly. I was worried about how the pan would clean up afterwards, but it looks good as new! Williams Sonoma offers a smaller pan in the same style, but we opted for the larger size so we would be able to roast a large turkey.
