    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.

    Care

    • Wash pan before first use.
    • Allow pan to cool prior to cleaning.
    • Hand-wash to maintain pan's beauty. Rinse off excess food with warm water. Soak in warm soapy water, then wash with sponge or soft cloth. Use nylon scouring pad for more difficult cleaning. Rinse with warm water and dry immediately to prevent spotting.
    • Some stains and stuck-on food may take more effort to remove.
    • To remove discoloration like blue or rainbow coloring, use soft cloth or sponge to wipe pan with white vinegar.
    • To remove cloudy-white hard water spots, boil solution of 1 part white vinegar and 1 part water in pan.
    • To remove burnt food, sprinkle surface generously with baking soda, add water and bring to a boil. Use wooden spoon to loosen food particles from surface.
    • To remove tough-to-clean spots or marks like burnt fat, protein shadows and charred food, clean with non-abrasive, non-chlorine cleanser, like All-Clad cookware cleaner, Bar Keepers Friend or Bon Ami. Mix cookware cleanser and small amount of water to form paste. Use soft cloth or sponge to apply paste, rubbing in circular motion. Rinse with warm water and dry immediately. Repeat if necessary, allowing paste to soak on pan before scrubbing.
    • Avoid using oven cleaners, steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and detergents containing chlorine bleach, which can cause damage.
    • Use nylon scrubbing pads only on stainless-steel surfaces; do not use on nonstick surfaces. Never place hot pan under cold water, as this can cause warping.
    • With the exception of preheating, empty pan should not be left on hot burner, as this can cause damage.

Amazing omelet pan! Wished I had purchased this product earlier. My husband loves making eggs in this pan every day. So easy to clean and doesn’t stain! A must buy!

Solid performance and quality. Replaced my aluminum pans with SS. Super happy with heat distribution. All-Clad for the win.

    Excellent choice

This pan cooks evenly and is easy to clean. It is rare when a pan can cook meat and or vegetables without some issues. I use olive oil and this pan is very efficient at lower temperatures or flame.

    Great Cooking Pan!!!

Best Pan Ever! We have had many big frying pans, this one is great if you use it right, it does need coating. We cook lots of shrimp and scallops on it, then use chicken broth to etc to get the bits off and make a nice sauce.

    Excellent product

We love the 10 inch SS pan. However, the store did not stock it and it took several months for it to arrive here at home. I would not order something this way again.

    Very happy with this pan

I absolutely love this pan. It took me a few failures before I learned how to cook on a stainless steel pan. Now that I have the hang of it I will never cook on anything else. I will be buying more.

    Perfect size

This is a great size for cork tortillas that I heat up with oil to make enchiladas. I was using a bigger size but I felt that this is more efficient and saves on oil.

Great little pan. We replaced one that we had for 25 years.

    Fear No More

I’ve always been hesitant to buy a stainless steel pan, fearing clean up would be difficult if not impossible, and that it would get horribly discolored in no time at all. As it turns out I couldn’t have more wrong. This pan has been a gem since the day I got it and I’ve put it thru the wringer. I use it probably 3 nights a week and it’s still looking like I just pulled it out of the box. One tip I discovered and that's probably helping is that I deglaze the pan w a little distilled water after I’ve finished cooking. This greatly helps to release food that “sticks” to the pan and make washing the pan a breeze. So dont be chicken like me. Get yourself one of these pans. You won’t regret it.

Toss your nonsticks and get this

This is my workhorse pan. We have tossed all our nonstick frying pans (terrible value, they all corrode in a year or two) and use only All Clad D5 frying pans and a cast iron skillet. No more toxic nonsticks for us! Invest in a few good All Clads and you will not regret it.
