Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 550°F.
- To season after each use, clean pan and apply thin layer of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm.
- Handles can become very hot. Always use pot holders or gloves when handling.
Care
- Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Dry thoroughly and season with vegetable oil.
- Store in dry location.

Griddle side is great, grill side may stick

I used the griddle/grill over two gas burners. The griddle side is our new go-to for pancakes. It's nonstick and cleans easily. The grill side does stick, I tried grilling hamburgers and sliced eggplant with oil. The burgers came off with little residue but the eggplant took a long time to clean off. I will go back to using the outdoor grill for these.

Very poorly packaged

Product is fine. However Williams Sonoma has lost its style. It arrived in a large ripped box wirh no packing material except a thin sheet of white paper. No inner box, no cardboard.

Grill side doesn't work on induction stove.

Good size and the flat top works well. Unfortunately, the grill side doesn't work on induction stoves. The rim is too high so. Not enough contact is made between the recessed flat top and the surface of the induction stove. The flat top works because the griddles of the grill side make contact.
