    Summary

Designed for speed and precision, the Zwilling Pro Slim collection features thin blades and small handles. The nimble knives are 9% smaller and 24% lighter in weight than the original Pro knives, yet they retain the company's signature curved bolster for a comfortable, ergonomic grip. This versatile santoku is an everyday favorite for chopping and slicing meat, fish, poultry and vegetables.

    • Features smaller blade and lighter weight than original Zwilling Pro knives.
    • Light weight enables fatigue-free cutting.
    • Ideal for small hands and young cooks.
    • Precision forged using Zwilling Sigmaforge process, which incorporates Friodur ice-hardening technique to produce corrosion-resistant blade that is exceptionally hard yet flexible.
    • Arched bolster perfectly supports thumb and allows full length of edge to be sharpened, from tip to end.
    • Contoured for secure, comfortable grip, handle is triple riveted to blade.
    • Made in Germany by Zwilling J.A. Henckels, founded in 1731.

    • Use honing steel regularly to maintain cutting edge of blade.
    • Sharpen as needed. With regular use and honing, knife should not need sharpening more than once or twice per year.

    Fantastic Knife

This is a fantastic knife. I never knew how bad my 15ish year old knife until I used this knife. I've never owned a knife this sharp. I'm very happy with this purchase.

    A pleasure to slice with

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the feel of the handle. My veggie slicing time is much more enjoyable with a nice blade like this. Great upgrade from a cheaper knife.
