    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
    • Oven safe up to 500ºF.
    • Before first use, wash interior with care and dry thoroughly with kitchen towel or soft cloth.
    • Always cook over moderate heat, and never heat pan when empty.
    • High heat is not recommended. Start with medium heat and reduce to lower setting when food is added.
    • Do not use aerosol cooking spray oils on nonstick surface.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before washing.
    • Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approximately every five years.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
    • Stubborn food residue and stains on exterior can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.

    Too soon to know how it holds up over time, but used it twice so far and it was fine. It annoys my husband that he can’t cook with fat in it, but I love that it’s healthier.

    Food doesn’t stick!!

    I don’t know why this pan is getting such bad reviews. We bought two a few months ago and It’s so nice! The food doesn’t stick at all. I think It’s worth buying it and I’m very happy with it.

    Best overall kitchen skillet for our home

    Love the stainless steel outside and inner coating. Items that are completely coated on outside show their age very quickly and are useless.
