Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for all types of cooktops, including induction.
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Before first use, wash interior with care and dry thoroughly with kitchen towel or soft cloth.
- Always cook over moderate heat, and never heat cookware when empty.
- High heat is not recommended. Start with medium heat and reduce to lower setting when food is added.
- Do not use aerosol cooking spray oils on nonstick surface.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
- Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approximately every five years.

Excellent induction ready pan

This is a pan that I should have bought for myself a long time ago! I use this almost everyday, and it isn't because it is shaped like a wok but because the high sides make it easy to toss all sorts of vegetables without crowding into a larger pan that has low sides. I have induction cooking, this pan sits very steady and stable but because of the heaviness of the bottom and sides, it takes a bit longer to bring the pan up to a good cooking temperature. Recommend this pan for lots more than as a "wok"--it is an all-purpose heavy duty all around useful addition to my cooking repertoire. Love how easy it is to clean, and I am enjoying lots of veggie dishes, helps me develop new recipes and adapt dishes I use to make on my gas cooktop. Induction is a dream heat source with this pan

Love my wok!

I have wanted a Wok for years and finally went to my favorite store to get one. I saw many of them and almost bought the inexpensive one that is tin I think. But I didn't want to have to oil it, so I got the non stick Williams and Sonoma brand one. I love it. I just used it last night to cook tofu and vegetables. It's great!!

Terrible don’t buy not worth the money!!

Bad wok. Really does not hold up. It scratches easily even though we are very careful with what we used in it and now the whole non stick bottom is peeling. Would not recommend. I would return but it’s past warranty.

Beautiful pan but…

Very disappointed that the pan’s non stick coating has PTFEs that were not disclosed in the website summary. Returned the pan disappointed.

I had the wok shipped. The packaging was flimsy and so my wok came damaged.

Worst wok ever, scratches too easily

Worst wok I ever purchased. Decided to splurge on a fancy wok after using cheaper woks for years. After minimal use with silicon utensils, the surface became completely scratched up. Now it has to be discarded. Total waste of money. Customer service refused to replace it since we were just past the 6 month warranty.

Great Induction Product

When we remodeled our kitchen we added an induction cooktop. It is the best decision we’ve ever made. This cookware is the perfect companion for it. We just love it.

Makes Cooking SO easy!

We purchased some select WS cookwear for our new Thermador Induction cooktop. This wok does it all so perfectly and easily. It's deep, nonstick, cooks evenly, and is a joy to cook in! My husband is a huge foodie tells everyone about this wok. It just wipes clean too. You can't go wrong getting one of these!
