- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops; not induction-compatible.
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approximately every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.

Another great addition to my kitchen

Fantastic Roaster

This pan is much more heavy duty than I realized, but I love it! The nonstick is amazing and it roasts meat beautifully. Highly recommend.

Love this nonstick pan!

I cook without oils but have used balsamic vinegar and hot sauces with vegetables and everything comes out so easy. No sticking and the taste wonderful! I have baked and cooked on the stovetop with this pan. It is my go to pan!

Roasts chicken perfectly every time. The metal bottom provides central focused heat that browns food perfectly. The pan is a tad heavy but that is what makes it roast so well. Terrific purchase.
