    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Do not use cooktop controls at 100% heating power as this will damage pans. Start with low heat and work up to 60% max.
    • Do not use high heat for extended period of time.
    • Do not leave empty pan on heated burner for extended period of time.
    • Oven safe to 450°F.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
    • Hand-wash.
    • Dry immediately with soft cloth.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • Do not clean with bleach.
