Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Use low or medium heat setting for most cooking. When searing meat, poultry and fish, you can use medium-high heat initially, but once pan is hot and food is added, you should lower heat.
- Oven safe to 500°F; glass lid is oven safe to 425°F.
Care
- Cool pan for a few minutes before cleaning. Do not plunge hot pan into cold water.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Use only recommended nonstick cleaning pads on nonstick surfaces. Do not use metal or abrasive pads or abrasive cleaning agents on any surfaces.

Not very durable

Loved this when it first came it did look tough, however after using this for less than a year the non stick surface has chipped away extensively. I have only hand washed the pan and used minimal metal utensils mostly silicon. Definitely disappointed I expected more from Le Crueset.

Disappointed

I had high hopes for this product since Le Creuset is usually amazing. Unfortunate after 7 months it has taken a lot of wear and I'm close to tossing it. Only hand washing never in the dishwasher. Toughened surface is coming off and I dont think I want to eat anymore of the bits that are coming off.
