    Use & Care

    Use

    • Do not season.
    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Use low to medium heat.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 600°F; lids are oven safe to 425°F.
    • To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oil such as safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil. Never let oil smoke or burn.
    • Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil (regular olive oil is acceptable). Carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing food to stick.
    • Safe for use with metal utensils. For best results, we recommend using silicone or wood utensils.

    Care

    • Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
    • Hand-wash with soft sponge in hot, soapy water to maintain durability of nonstick surface.
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • To remove stubborn food residue and exterior stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser. Alternatively, use melamine sponge occasionally (not daily).

NOT for Everyday Cooking NOT Durable NOT Happy

I feel duped after purchasing this beautiful collection in the cream and gold color way. They are not made well. I am an avid entertainer and love cooking daily. I cannot believe how bad the manufacturer’s customer service has been when I reached out when I initially started noticing deterioration just from daily use. After less than two years, all the pans have permanent stains just from the burners I cook on, all the pans have chipping around the rims where the lids sit and my 16”skillet handle is loose with no way to tighten. Besides fully regretting purchasing this cook ware, I’m now staring to worry if the chipped paint is getting into my food possibly? Are there toxic concerns IDK??? Is that skillet handle going to just come completely off while in use transferring hot oil or liquid? IDK. If Stanley Tucci himself knew his name was representing such poor quality and expensive cookware I know in my heart he wouldn’t have it and would make it right. I can’t get past the non caring customer service though. It’s not fair for me to come for WS because they don’t manufacture it… HOWEVER, salespeople please take note, and advise your customers accordingly. Tucci Collection 15 Piece Set in Cream and Gold

    Suggestion for improvement

I really wisht the lids were domed so that the condensation did not build up an leak out down the side of the pan.

    C***ed

Wish I didn’t spend my green leaves on green-leaf.

Do yourself a massive favor and spend a fraction of the money on cheap nonstick pans that will last just as long if you use silicone cooking utensils and when the handle brackets fail (as these did), or the non-stick can’t be restored as suggested, you won’t feel suckered.

GreenPan Stanley Tucci Ceramic Nonstick 15 piece

I love this set and I have to say I like it even better than my (used to) most beloved LeCruset cookware. This is so easy to use and heat up much faster and it is really non stick with very little oil. I use it to reheat my food and it is so fast and cooking is so much fun now.

This Cookware and Bakeware Chips And Nobody Cares

I was so thrilled to get this set. It is gorgeous and easy to cook in. Unfortunately after one month I started to notice paint chips on all my pots and pans. Chunks of black showing through on my ivory cookware. I am not rough on them, and I store them with their protectors. I was devastated, and no one at WS or Greenpan cares. They hide behind "normal wear and tear" or "damage." I have been cooking for 30 years and I write about cooking; this is not normal wear and tear, and they know it. Cookware doesn't start to chip after you use it only a few times. Before this started happening, I also bought a turquoise 9 x 13 pan. In less than a month, after using it just twice it showed chips in the beautiful colored paint. Another drawback is that the bigger pans are insanely heavy. I have normal strength and I cannot pour from a large pot into a colander or casserole dish. When it's new it looks beautiful, the inside sparkling nonstick ceramic coating is great to cook in, and the handles don't get hot which is nice. But it doesn't outweigh the negatives -- at this price I expect durability. We just bought a vacation home and needless to say, we chose different cookware for it.

    Great performance iffy quality

Great performance but quality is iffy for the price. Paint rubs off quickly and other cosmetic issues

    Rim chips and burns

So disappointed - for show only, do not plan on using this set. Spent nearly $1,000, ordered through store and after 9 months the edges are chipped and burn marks are hard to remove. WS sent me to customercare, Greenpan.com, here is the summary of theirs response: chips are "normal wear and tear and are not covered under our warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only." Try storing the pans wrapped in dish towels. Regarding the burns on the outside cream color: "we recommend low to medium heat only"

Scuff marks if you breathe on it too hard.

If you have money to blow and are okay with replacing these after 2-3 years when there’s nothing left to them, go ahead and do as you please. I feel terrible for the maker bc they did an excellent job on making these stand out. They are beautiful but these pots and pans didn’t even make it to the stove top and they were so scuffed up. We took them straight out the boxes and placed them in the pull-out, oversized drawers custom built and made for pots and pans specifically. I do not recommend.
