Use
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the stainless-steel lining.
- Do not use knives, sharp kitchen tools or an electric hand mixer in your cookware, as they may scratch lining.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Cookware may discolor if not completely cleaned before reheating. To remove discolored areas, rub with a cloth dampened with lemon juice or white vinegar, or use a high-quality nonabrasive stainless-steel cleaner.

Short handle, but does the trick.

It will probably last forever, but I was hoping the handle matched the length of the other pots. It’s much shorter.

Perfect fit with All-Clad pots

I have all-clad pots and needed to steam tempeh but didn’t want it sitting in water. I had looked all over the internet for a steamer but couldn’t find what I wanted. Once I saw this steamer for the pots I have on this website I was so happy. I have used it many times. It fits perfectly in my pot. It’s stainless so it is easy to clean.

Another winner from AllClad

This is a fabulous steamer insert. It fits several of my other pieces so I was happy when I received it. I am glad to use a cooking gadget that is safe yet is so good at heat distribution. Easy to clean, like all the other AllClad pieces.

Doesn’t Fit Standard 8” Pots.

Well made. Unfortunately I was led to believe it would fit standard 8” sauce pans. Not quite. Probably have to buy those lower section to work. That wasn’t clear when I made the purchase and I can’t really use this with my existing 8” pots.

Steams tamales, fish and bao perfectly. Fits great with the big all-Clad pot.

Nice !

Very convenient for every day use. I can use with my 3 qt saucepan, 2 qt saucier and also with 4 qt d5 Saucepan. Mostly I used for broccoli, green beans. Time saving, space saving steam pot. I love it !
