Too large other than for a Frittata

Frittata pan, not good for omelets. I had the original omelet pan from all-clad. I gift to my son and daughter in law. But this is too large. Takes us much space for storage. Made well. Could be use for other purposes. But i miss the all-clad omelet pan.

    Horrible size

What happened to the smaller version of this? Size 10 is too heavy to flip to make a frittata!! This is a horrible size. Do not buy this if I could return mine I would, but I threw the box. I bought this sometime December but I only used it today and it's horrible so heavy. The frittata breaks into pieces when you flip it because you cannot fill the pan. I love the old one, but I had to donate it because the nonstick is already disintegrating and I thought this was a better one, but it's not. I regret buying this. I would return it if I could with the box!!

    Beaten by a Scrambled Egg

I have quite a few All-Clad non-stick pans ranging in size and coating. I weas excited to add the Frittata Pan set to my collection but, that all changed very quickly after my first use. Having washed the pan according to the directions include in the box, I planned on trying it out. Upon cracking an egg into the buttered pan, I noticed an immediate response where the egg stuck instantly. Moving the egg with a silicone spatula, it stuck. Hmm, brand new clean pan, not overheated, and the eggs are sticking? Even worse, the eggs left a permanent mark on the coating of the pan after washing it. I am a fan of All-Clad. I think I just got a pan with a bad coating. Might return it if it continues with other eggs but, I'm willing to give it a little time to work itself out. BTW, how's the cost of those eggs coming along now that we decided to change everything just to lower the prices?

    Little Disappointed

We now have an induction stove and use Le Creuset pans. A frittata pan was not an option from them for induction stoves. The All-Clad is not as good as our Le Creuset pans. Heat up rate is much slower and the non-stick was marginally ok.

    Love the omelette pan.

I especially like that you can use the pans in their own or as an omelette pan. I am never disappointed in the all clad brand.

Wonderful But Large and Heavy Pan

This is a really helpful pan but it's heavy, so flipping it over does require strength and agility. Williams Sonoma used to make a similar pan that came in two sizes. I had the smaller pan but it didn't work when I switched to an induction cooktop. The All Clad only seems to be offered in this large size so I ended up with a big heavy pan. I love it but just find it a little hard to use, much like my beloved Le Creuset dutch ovens.

    Great Frittata Pan

This is my second frittata pan from All Clad. Great every day pans and the interconnecting handles provide a secure connection when cooking frittatas on both sides.
