These are straight forward sheers, nothing extra other than good materials and decent manufacturing. If you’re looking for leverage or or or, do some research… you won’t find better value, but there are better designs out there for leverage etc..

this is my favorite kitchen tool! Replaced the green handled pair that we've had for years.

Should be used by a professional chef

They do a great job at cutting. Very easy to clean. Unfortunately for me. They come apart constantly. Putting them back together took me a few tries. I’m not a professional chef. These would probably be better suited for them.

I totally hate the scissors the worst ones I've ever purchased.

Perfect for my needs!

Excellent little shears! This is my second pair purchased because my daughter moved out and took my first pair. These stay nice and sharp and can be used for cutting meat as well as greens and garden spices (dill, parsley, etc.). Love them!
