Cracked after two uses

The board cracked after two uses. The crack is in a a place that will allow all juices to drain onto countertop, thus making the whole design useless. For the price, this completely unacceptable. I have cutting boards that were far less expensive that have lasted years, with no requirement for "seasoning" and they have yet to crack. FYI, we only hand washed the board.

Terrible customer support compounded frustration

Extremely disappointed in the board and in WS customer support.received as gift. Bought online through WS website. Seasoned the board per instructions. It cracked at the seam after first use. Brought back to store. They would not accept the return. Called 800 number. Agent would not process the return because I did not have a receipt. I have a $250 trivet.

Beautiful board, difficult to clean

The board is gorgeous and it was super easy to use. The cleaning was another story. It was really difficult due to how deep the groves are in the wood and how sharp those angles are.

Poor Quality

Bought this as a gift after looking for a Boos Carving board. The Williams Sonoma said this was the same or better quality as the Boos products. NOT! Beautiful to look at but when it came time to season the board the grooves were so rough and narrow that I was unable to season the board.

Beautiful, Great Quality

Unlike the other reviewer, I purchased this because I hosted Thanksgiving 2017. It's STUNNING! I have used it multiple times, and there has been no sign of rust. Hopefully WS will be able to replace the rack for the other client. That makes this well worth the price!

Roasting rack has rust spots before first use.

I was given this expensive carving board as a Christmas present. I just now opened it to prep it for first use and noticed the metal rack already has rust spots on it. The wood board looks nice, but I do not see much purpose in having this particular board when the roasting rack that goes with it is garbage.
