    Summary

    Our exclusive rug is inspired by the bespoke furnishings created for THE GEORGE, a circa-1902 boutique hotel renovated by cultural icon Bobbi Brown and her husband, Steven Plofker. Vibrant yarn-dyed stripes in soft, refined wool reflect the New Jersey inn's chic, modern aesthetic. The dense pile is expertly woven on hand looms, then sheared to a low height with a smooth, even finish.

    • Woven of yarn-dyed wool for luxe softness and enduring color.
    • Sheared to dense, even 1/3" pile.
    • Fringeless; bound on all sides.
    • We recommend our Heavyweight Rug Pad with this style; latex-backed pad (sold separately) can be trimmed to fit exact rug dimensions.
    • Product contains 100% Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certified wool. Certified by Bureau Veritas TE-00021176.

    Care

    • Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into roots of fibers.
    • Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight.
    • Do not pull loose ends. Clip them with scissors.
    • Rotate rug occasionally to equalize wear.
    • Clean spills immediately. If liquid, blot with clean undyed cloth by pressing firmly around spill to absorb as much as possible.
    • For hard-to-remove stains, we recommend professional rug cleaning.
    • Store rug by rolling it front side out and wrapping in cloth for protection.
    • Do not fold or put in airtight plastic bag.
    • Store in dry, well-ventilated area.
