Care
- To remove the crumb tray, press in the crumb tray and then pull it out. Clean the crumb tray with a damp, lint-free cloth. Once you have cleaned and dried it, push the crumb tray back in until it clicks into place.
- Unplug the toaster and wipe the exterior clean with a damp, lint-free cloth.

New toaster

Toaster is very nice looking and so far works well. I do wish the knobs for choosing darkness settings were better. Not easy to read and feel flimsy compared to rest of toaster

So far so good!

So far so good. Just got this. Traded for a more expensive Wolf toaster that didn't toast evenly. This cooks evenly and is much faster.

A sturdy machine

Seems very sturdy. Toasts everything really well. I just wish it was slightly smaller. It also seems to take a long time to toast but all in all I am happy with it

Good performance, poor durability

This toaster does a nice job, until it stops working. We purchased one about two years ago. After about 14 months, one element stopped working. Zwilling replaced it. After about 12 months, the right hand handle would not stay down, and the element would not heat. Zwilling replaced it. The crumb tray on the replacement would not stay closed. Zwilling replaced it. While I appreciate Zwilling's cooperation, it is absurd that in 2025, a toaster does not last longer. 50 years ago, a toaster would last a lifetime.
