• Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal and glass.
• It is not advisable to use any knife but a meat cleaver to cut through bone, as other blades can be easily damaged.

Care

• Dishwasher safe. Avoid long wash cycles and temperatures above 122°F (50°C). Remove knives after wash cycle and dry thoroughly with soft cloth.
• Micro-serrated edges require no sharpening.
