- For best results, use low to medium heat.

- Enamel may chip or crack if banged against a hard surface.
- Handles and knob can become very hot. Always use pot holder or glove when handling.

- Stubborn stains can be removed by soaking pot for a few minutes in hot soapy water.

The little 3 wt artichoke pot

I owns the Staub pumpkin and tomato pot and very happy with them but this one is very good too but somehow the color and shape can’t please me so return it.

Wonderfully made and beautiful

great accent piece

I love this pot. All of the Staub specialty shapes are wonderful . The artichoke design is great without being too big. It looks nice as part of my decor but is actually a fully functioning cast iron vessel. The enamel coating means no seasoning and it is great to use on the stovetop and in the oven. Its so much fun.
