Don’t recommend this

This matches my other SMEG appliances and that’s the only reason I’m keeping it. It doesn’t blend that well (and I wasn’t expecting it to replace nutri bullet) and you have to line up the bottle very specifically to be able to push it down to blend it. This also required two hands to push it down to activate it.

Do not recommend

I had this for a little over a year and didnt use it for the first few months I had it. I then used it maybe once a day if that. And of course once it was out of warranty it stopped working. I was using it in the morning and then it just stopped. I contacted SMEG and they wont do anything because it's out of warranty. For the price of this I thought SMEG would stand behind their products but they do not. I ended up purchasing the Zwilling personal blender instead and the features are much better anyway. I would highly recommend not purchasing this product.

Bad chrome seams

I returned this blender because the chrome ring showed two seams in front and back. (My other Smeg appliances have no visual seams, just one band.)

Works But More Style Than Substance

I purchased this blender along with several other SMEG kitchen appliances and while the device has performed its duties mostly admirably there are a few niggling issues. I had been previously using a Nutribullet which has twice the capacity and at least that much more power to break up ice cubes. Even fruit requires longer to be blended properly and, because of the narrow mouth on the bottle (again unlike the Nutribullet), it is a bit more challenging to clean with a kitchen soap wand. Nonetheless, it gets the job done eventually but it does so with more effort and a higher price that the Nutribullet. On the plus side, it does look much nicer though.

Smeg personal blender

It’s okay. The only thing I don’t care for is having to hold the bottle down while mixing. I’d prefer to flip a switch and be done, especially for that price

I love this personal use blender. I bought it for work. I pack the container at home and blend once I get to work.

I typically love all Smeg products, but this one had to be returned. Is it beautiful? Absolutely! However, when you’re blending you have to stand there and actually hold cup in place unlike my good ‘ol Nutribullet that locks into place and blends away. If you want a personal blender solely for esthetics this is it!
