- Features concentric circles in 1" diam. increments to help create perfectly sized dough for pastries and pizza.
- Border rulers with 1" increments make it easy to create squares and rectangles.
- Specially formulated back stabilizes mat during use.

Perfect Cookie Mat
- Marked with circles for ideal placement of cookie dough.
- Easy to use – just place on baking sheet, then bake as usual.
- Diagonally cut corners make it simple to remove mat from baking sheet.
- Textured back prevents slipping.
- 16 1/2" x 11 1/2".

Use & Care
Perfect Pastry Mat
Use
- Do not use in oven or broiler.
- Do not cut dough on mat.
Perfect Cookie Mat
Use
- Oven safe to 480°F.
- Place mat on baking sheet with smooth side facing up.
- Do not use with insulated cookie sheet as it will interfere with heat conduction.
- After baking, allow baked goods to cool before removing. Lift corner of mat to dislodge.
- Do not cut baked goods on mat.
Care
- Hand-wash with soft damp sponge, then rinse with clean water. Shake to remove excess water. Air-dry. Alternatively, clean on top rack of dishwasher.
- Roll for storage. Do not fold.
