    Cookware overhaul

This starter set from Williams Sonoma was the perfect introductory taste to the world of enamel cast iron cookware. I’ve always been curious about Le Creuset and how these pans are so highly regarded. Made the usual roast chicken and French onion soup as the first test dishes and I have to say, they came out great. I love the Cerise color and within 2 weeks decided to get rid of my stainless steel and non-stick cookware & replace with all Le Creuset pieces. The collection now includes mini cocettes & will ever be expanding.

Can’t go wrong with this set - Great starter set!

I am a huge fan of Stuab and Le Creuset! This set was actually a gift for a friends birthday, and they absolutely are obsessed with it. This is my favorite shade of blue that Le Creuset produces in my opinion.

    C'est formidable! I'adore Le Creuset!

I did extensive research on the enamel cast iron dutch oven. My sister owns a Martha Stewart version. I fell in love. Going online I was inundated with different versions. When I went into the store, I was looking for Le Creuset and/or Made In which I researched are both made in France. The Creuset was founded in 1925 and the Made In brand is also in France but outsources various steps of the manufacturing to other countries. I spoke to Tina. She was so delightful! Luckily for me, there was only one five piece set left that was on sale. I seized the opportunity to acquire the coveted brand. I am very happy with the quality of the cookware set. Even though I wanted the Harbor blue (?) color, I am quite pleased with Cerise. Tina made it pain free transaction.

I've seen enamel applied better on cheaper alternatives

Not happy with my purchase. I've seen enamel applied better on cheaper alternatives. The thickness of the dutch oven is not even. One side is thicker than the other, making it prone to cracking. You're not buying quality, you are just buying the name. Going to try to return the item and buy a different brand.
