Disappointing product I ended up returning

I was really excited for this pasta shape attachment, but was sadly disappointed and returned it. There were limited almost no instructions included to get started and it said to to this site to watch videos. I did but no videos. It took way too long to figure out how to use it (my first kitchen aid attachment). The I followed recipe and it took a long time for my pasta shape to come out. Finally when time to take apart and clean…not easy. While it seemed like fun, it really was too much work and difficult to set up/break down and clean. For $200 on sale…I would have to make over 25 batches of pasta to break even so I’m going to stick with buying fresh pasta from store or even dry. Sadly big fail.

Don’t buy it from Williams Sonoma

Don’t buy takes long for the pasta to come out. It’s not like the roller. It’s very slow and it’s a big mess to cleanup. I was told from Williams Sonoma that if I used it, I wasn’t able to return it. That awful . I don’t like their policy. I’m unhappy. I bought it from them. don’t buy this from them

Love making macaroni with this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the recipe in the instruction leaflet and with a bit of trial and error got some really good looking and delicious tasting pasta without too much effort. Delighted with our purchase.

Great Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the 3-Piece Pasta Roller and Cutter Attachment then I brought Gourmet Pasta Press attachemts. I had never made pasta before so tried making the Pasta for the Fettucine Carbonara. It turned out perfect and my husband said it was the best Pasta he had tasted and he is Italian so that is a great compliment. I used the Pasta attachment to make some Cannoli Pastry as well and why my husband tried them he thought I had brought them. I was so glad I brought the 3-Piece Pasta Roller and Cutter that I have now purchased the Gourmet Pasta Press Attachment. I really love all the Kitchenaid attachments and accessories I plan to purchase all of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this appliance as my daughter loves her pasta. My first attempt was doing the spirals. I am not sure why I expected but I guess I thought the pasta would come out as a spiral, not a shape I would have to twist myself. I know with some practice it will become easier but it feels a bit tricky at the moment.

Amazing pasta

Italy at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have gone down the rabbit hole of accessories and attachments! This is my first and it’s awesome! I have extruded using two of the supplied four dies. Success! The attachment is high quality and robust. It works well.

Easy to use

I've had this for a couple of years now and it always makes great pasta.
