    They cut beautifully but…

The resin handle makes them feel cheap. Opt for the more expensive set with nicer handles.

Love the Feel / Disappointed with Build Quality

These were my favorite steak knives for about years! I used them religiously until they started coming apart. Apparently, they are held together with a pin that eventually fails and falls through, causing the blade and handle to come loose. I liked them so much that I’m still debating the idea of replacing them with a new, identical set. The picture is of a knife about 8 years old. The weight, size and sharpness are PERFECT. I slso have a set of larger Henkel knives, but I think those are too big after using these… I used Super Glue to extend the life of the set, but after ~8 years, it’s time to replace them with something.

    Nice steak knives

These are on the lighter side but they are very good looking knives and feel balanced in your hand. Cuts easily through any meat.

    Great steak knives

I disagree completely with the other review. I have had these for years in the all stainless version; we and every guest we have had over loves them. With their serrations they have kept their cutting ability without the need to sharpen them. No, they are not heavy, like what you get at some steak houses, but I prefer them to be this way. They are smaller, and can easily get around bones which you cannot do with some of the 'big, manly' steak knives. I would recommend these to anybody.

    Very lightweight

I ordered these in stainless steel online and loved the look of them. Sadly, in person they are very lightweight and don't feel right in my hand. These are going to be returned as they feel cheap - as light as plastic or resin handles.
