Great coffee maker that’s easy to use and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this coffee maker for well over a month. I can’t explain how much I love it. I can make a cup or a pot without a problem. I love that I can use whole beans and that they are freshly ground. Once you figure it out it’s very easy to use and clean. The parts are dishwasher safe. I definitely recommend this coffee maker!

Out of Order

Unfortunately, our coffee maker does not work. We purchased on 09.01.25; removed it from the box and turned it on to see if it worked. However, we're right smack in the middle of a kitchen renovation, therefore we didn't have countertops to set it on, so we tucked the machine away until we did. Fast forward two and a half weeks, we finally have something to set the coffee maker on, but found out, it doesn't brew. Thankfully, we are still within the 30 days but have been told to contact De'Longhi directly instead of returning it to Williams Sonoma. If things don't pan out soon enough, we're returning it to Williams Sonoma anyway either for a refund or exchange. I don't believe this machine was quality tested accurately.

Perfect Everyday Brew

The Delonghi is perfect for when I have a busy morning and I don’t have to worry about making coffee. It’s the perfect machine for every day drinking

BITTER - nearly undrinkable

Bitter, bitter, bitter! Me and the taste! For nearly $600 this should brew the perfect cup of coffee. We've had it for over six months and it just keeps getting more bitter and more acidic. My husband refuses to even use it at this point. We've cleaned it, de-scaled it , it simply just makes the most acidic and bitter coffee ever. It doesn't matter what type of beans I put in there or even if I use ground coffee and make a carafe. 100% disappointed in this machine. Also it doesn't come close to making the amount of ounces that each option gives you.

Gift for hubby who is an avid coffee drinker .

My hubby turned 60 and I wanted to get the best coffee maker possible and was impressed with this one. He loves the coffee, it is a pump system, no filter and has great taste. But none of the sizes are accurate, it gives only 2/3 the amount. And for iced coffee he has to run the system twice to get anything. It was also a difficult learning curve and is quite large. For $700 it should work correctly.

Do not buy

Broke within 4 weeks. Started brewing coffee all over our counters. DeLongi would not replace the unit and said we need to send it back for repair. Macy’s gave us a full refund. Do not buy!

Best coffee machine !

It is really easy to clean and you can control all the temperatures at whatever you want. It was really self explanatory on how to use I had no issues absolutely love it !! I will highly recommend it

Perfect Balance Between Quality and Ease of Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are like me, and like an excellent cup of fresh-ground coffee in the mornings but also place a lot of value on ease of use (and want the convenience of a Keurig!) this machine is for you. I’ve used a similar product from Cuisinart which was a nightmare to use, it would have been far easier to grind your own beans at that point. The clean up on this, as well as the quality, is far better. I also get grossed out by the idea of the nozzles/pipes not being clean, but this machine does an excellent job of rinsing even those out, automatically, after every brew. The customizable boldness levels of each brew are spot-on and really allow you to adjust the coffee to your liking. The idea on this machine is well-executed. My only complaint is that I had issues using pre-ground coffee, but that isn’t major from my perspective—if you’re buying this machine, you’re buying it for beans. It looks great on the counter too! All around, I would recommend for those like me. If you’re a real coffee snob or you don’t mind a Keurig-made watery mess, then this machine isn’t best suited for your needs, but for me, it works perfectly.
