Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on any cooktop, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe up to 500°F.
- For best results use low to medium heat.
- When using high heat, bring pans slowly to a high temperature.
- Use plastic, wood or nylon utensils only; metal utensils may damage the enamel.
- Enamel may chip or crack if banged against a hard surface.
- Handles and knobs can become very hot. Always use potholder or glove when handling.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Stubborn stains can be removed by soaking your pot for a few minutes in hot, soapy water.
- Completely dry pan before storing.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach or abrasive cleaners.

Another poorly thought out item.

Why would Staub sell an item specifically for a stackable set And not include the required silicone bumpers. Now how am I supposed to get a bumper?

Comes without bumpers

Since this is designed to be added to the stackable set, I was surprised that it did not come with a set of bumpers. And William and Sonoma don’t sell the bumpers.

Beautiful pan!

This is a beautiful pan and I love it. Cooks evenly and fits great into my Breville Pro Toaster oven as well. It’s beautifully constructed and I would highly recommend it. I’ve always been a fan of Staub and it’s well worth the $$, a product that will last a lifetime!
