• Ideal for all kinds of pizza, including homemade and frozen pies.
• Before first use, hand-wash pizza steel in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
• Oven safe to 525°F.
• Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching surface.
• Do not cut food while it is on pizza steel.

Care

• Hand-wash with warm water, soap and soft sponge. 
• Avoid using abrasive cleaning products and scouring pads.
• Pizza steel will develop a patina with use and time. This is natural and will not affect performance.
